Good stay in Rome.
Nice personal, very attentive. Air conditionning was not very efficient. No toaster for the bread at breakfast.

Guest review during 2 weeks in Europe.
Overall hotel experience was decent, service wasn't that friendly from some staff but their were a few nice employees. They don't let you bring your hotel key out of the hotel which was very odd to me but they have old metal keys for all the doors so I assume it was to prevent copies being made. Room had large balcony to ourselves which was great and bathroom was nice. Beds were alright and location was good we were 10 minute walk from the Vatican and lots of cafes and restaurants.

The staff is terrific here! The rooms are small by American tastes, but it didn’t bother me, it was clean and comfortable. I liked the location, it was close to the Vatican, there were a lot of good places to eat around. I really enjoyed my stay.

We were a group of 4 woman traveling together for a week. We were extremely happy with the service Hotel Alessandrino provided We stayed in a family room with 4 beds very comfortable mattresses . Free breakfast buffet in the morning. Roof top patio at night with views of the Vatican. Definitely would stay here again ❤️

A great little get away -
Location just a bit far - need public transport from Fountain trevi and Colessium and main city locations, but got to find the trains and bus systems . Great patios and good breakfast excellent wifi.

Had a strange check in where the receptionist told us he needed to keep our passports for 10 minutes and we could come back and pick them up later! The hotel is in a nice quiet area but needs a bit of updating. Our room was very small but the air conditioning was great whoch was so important during the 30+ degree heat that we had. Breakfast was very simple and plain but ok for us, I would expect some people would be disappointed though. If I stayed here again it would be for the area rather than the hotel.

Close to a train station, walking distance to Vatican area, nice view from roof. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable of area. Good wifi. Rooms are spacious , shower is very small, walls/doors are very thin (you can hear your neighbours and everything in the hallways) bed is hard and very creaky, pillows are harder.
