Pleasant hotel/room; lots of room for imrpovement
The room was satisfactory and overall stay were pleasant; the staff could have been friendlier in offering their responses to my questions about breakfast and how public transportation works. As a Silver Suites who offered a bottle of wine with the booking, leaving the wine chilled inside or offering to deliver it because they had forgotten about it is a gesture that goes a long way and would have made my stay memorable. Also, with its proximity to the airport, offering a shuttle bus would have been a nice gesture too instead of us having to fork $20USD minimum cab ride.

Spent a total of 5 minutes in the room. There were cockroaches of various sizes all over the bathroom area. Staff was not able to issue a refund. Moved to Hyatt for the same price.
