Poor
Not cleaned very well
There was mold in our bathroom. The room was not cleaned very well. We were only there for one night so we slept a few hours and left.

Horrible older lady
Everyone I spoke to was extremely nice except for the older lady giving breakfast. She was so rude and kept looking at me like I was taking too much food. I have two kids, myself, and my husband in the room. Of course I’m going to take food for all of us. Will never go back here because of this horrible experience.

A nice stay, a couple hiccups
Overall it has been a very good and comfortable stay. I stayed for just over a week and never encountered any major problems. It was difficult trying to get clean towels. Every time, except for the first time, i was told by the front desk that they didnt have any available and since they were the only one workjng they couldnt leave the front, which is understandable. The issue was when inwas told each time that housekeeping would be told and they will bring me the towels. They never did. That seems to be a communication problem somewhere in the office. There was one lady with dark hair, she appeared to be a manger in some capacity, that was never very nice. Anytime i had to ask the front for something she acted as if i asked her to carry the weight of the world on her shoulders. It got to the point if i saw her working i wouldnt even go in the office. COVID has created this change in how businesses have to operate. I know, i work in a restaurant. She shouldn't act as if we, paying guests, are putting her out. Be thankful your hotel is still operating and you have a job. Many people lost their jobs and would br happy to take her place, and be happy about it. But i wont let her bad attitude effect my rating because every other staff member was pleasant, friendly and made me feel important. Yes it is one of the cheaper hotels in the area, so it tends to draw in a not so pleasent crowd at times, but security is always visible. Overall i would recommend a stay here.

Fair
Very Disappointed
It took us 40 minutes to check in. We got there at 4:15 and there was about 4 people in front of us. There was only one person checking in everyone. Then we got into the room and it smelled like smoke; the room appeared clean until we looked in the bathroom. The floors were very dirty and the bath tub had a brownish stain. Then, I looked at the chair at the desk and it was covered in white looking stuff and the curtains had white spots all over it. My family and I didn't shower because of how gross the bathroom was and if we would have had time we would have paid for another hotel and left.
