Chic, welcoming and central hotel with the friendliest and most helpful staff you could find. Lovely rooms (ours wasn’t big but it looked great, the bed was super-comfy and the shower fantastic); great breakfast; coolest gym in town; and all right in the heart of town. Great find.

Not as advertised or reviewed!
So having pre booked this trip by four months hearing that you are getting “the last room available” upon check in…not ideal. The overpriced room was above the loud restaurant and club. The music thumping was manageable on our vacation schedule of late nights for the most part, but on the third night there the techno/rave music went on and got louder until 3:15 AM!! Headphones over earplugs didn’t help. Could we have dragged our exhausted bodies out of bed to demand a new room in the wee hours, probably, but given the hoards of families in town for the Gothia Cup it seemed doomed. The room itself had questionable carpet, mattresses that could use some updating, a freestanding tub and shower that was plumbed to drain via a moving and exposed pvc pipe, leading to flooded floors and a cracked sink. How in the world does this place have it’s current rating? There is a huge disconnect!
