what to know
Santa Fe is our favorite in hotel Zicatela. Reason for the poor review is to get you to read it. Everything about this hotel is very good as others have mentioned. Know that the internet is horrible or worse, if there is such a thing. Don't be surprised when checking you mail takes you an hour.

Maybe Look for Another Hotel
This was our third visit to Hotel Santa Fe since 2107. The hotel continues to degrade over time. There is scant evidence of maintenance and nothing has been done to renovate the rooms, which are tired. The staff were friendly enough, although the front desk staff seemed not to speak much English, which is strange as the majority of their guests seem to be US or Canadian.

Hold My Room - Can't Wait to Return
This was our very first time in Puerto Escondido, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the area and this beautiful resort. It was a stellar time, and the staff was so pleasant and attentive. We cannot wait to return!

Only your money matters
We were a group of 11 friends that stayed in 5 different rooms. This property does not have a 3 bed rooms but they would still charge you extra money and not provide you with an extra bed, lining or even towels. So basically, they are ok with you paying but not providing any extra service for the 3rd person. Continental breakfast is a big word for coffe and toast with jam.
