Took a very long time to get checked in. She took a personal call while checking me in. The next morning there were no breakfast bags and no staff to be found. We rang the bell and then just left after fifteen minutes when no one showed up. We will not be back.

Good points: The bed was comfortable and the area was quiet for the most part. Bad points: A/C and heat didn't work, coffee maker in room missing parts so unable to use, outlets near bathroom sink wouldn't hold the cords, they kept talking out if the outlet. There was a dirty toothpick on the bathroom floor when we arrived. I thought the description said there was breakfast but there was only apple juice and coffee and vending machines. The orange juice was empty despite their being a staff person nearby. Fortunately there were multiple restaurants nearby. Also, the property is not accessible. We had a second floor room that he had to climb stairs to, no elevator.

We arrived at 12:30 AM, unloaded all of our things and only then found out that the ceiling in the bathroom had caved in and there was a mess on the floor. They put us in a different room and when I asked for concession on the charges for our two dogs, he said no, explaining that the room that he gave us as $30 more a night than the one we booked. They were both disgusting. He did credit back the charge for one of the dogs. But it was like pulling teeth. Don’t stay there unless desperate.
