Great hotel. But pool area should open before 9am for adults who want to swim laps. 9am is so late if have a day planned. Also- the fitness centre is good- but way to hot to exercise cause heat comes up from the lobby cause no wall to stop heat.

Bad bed
Bedding was beautiful. Bed was along side the wall was AWFUL. The indentation on one side was so bad you a actually had to climb up to get to the other side. Stayed in the exact same room before and the same bed was still there. Please change the mattress on #205. Thanks.

Disappointed with our stay
This was our second stay at seven oaks. Right off the start there was so much miss communication on pricing and what room we were staying in for the weekend. After talking to three people the manager was able to come and sort it out no problem so that was a relief because at this point we were being told different prices, and that we would have to change rooms throughout our stay and getting told three different things from three different employees which was beyond frustrating. The lady working at the pool was beyond rude and the pool itself seemed to be way over the regular chemical levels. You could barely breathe in there and the kids came out with what looked like chemical burns after swimming. The other downside was the amount of people that were on drugs just free roaming through the hotel at all times. It did not feel safe at all and there wasn’t anything being done at all. The restaurant bathroom was full of cigarette butts and very dirty and at one point I couldn’t get up our stairs because two people had fast food spread out everywhere and were passed out in the stairwell. I understand if there is some type of government program for homeless people when it’s a certain temperature out they can stay at places for free but that needs to be organized better and maybe not have it be at a family friendly hotel so kids and families that are paying still feel safe. Over all I don’t think we will be staying here again unless there are some major changes being done.
