Beautiful house with private pool located in a quiet urbanization in Santa Susanna. It has all the comforts and services you may need to spend a wonderful vacation near the sea and the mountains. It has a huge garden fully equipped with a stone barbecue and garden furniture that will allow you to sunbathe, relax, eat with the family or simply enjoy a swim in the pool on the hottest days of summer. The property also has a garage so that you can leave your vehicles parked with privacy and tranquility. The Wi-Fi service, sheets, towels and cleaning are included in the price of the reservation. This villa disposes of air conditioning (optional service) with an extra cost, because due the house is so big there is a phantastic air flow in all rooms which will make you feel very comfortable during your holidays with no need to use air conditioning. In case of need it the cost will be 43€/day.



Right at the entrance of the property, there are stairs that lead to the garden, the pool surrounded by palm trees and the main floor of the house. The distribution of the main floor is as follows:

large living room, a living room with television, a generous fully equipped kitchen and a suite room with two single beds. From the dining room, you will go down some stairs to access a spacious games room with a ping pong table, a pool table, a table football, a target, among others. Outside the villa, for the more sporty people there is a fronton court, a soccer field and a bathroom with a shower. A unique and exclusively private space that will delight young and old. From that floor you have access to the laundry room that also has a cozy bathroom.



The rooms are distributed as follows:



Upper floor:

- Suite with 1 double bed + 1 small single bed

- Space with 2 bedrooms,

- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed

- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed

- 1 with a single bed in a closed room with a trundle bed.

The 2 bedrooms and the living room share 1 bathroom

Enjoy an environment full of nature between the sea and the mountains; with two kilometers of quality beaches to savor the sea and the sun, and the Montnegre-Corredor Natural Park, where you can stroll admiring the spectacular scenery. You also have at your fingertips the possibility of doing all kinds of water sports or mountain bike routes, among many other proposals offered by the municipality. Santa Susanna has a train station that circulates throughout the Costa del Maresme, facilitating travel if you do not want to use your vehicle. - CHECK-IN information service Dear client, HomeHolidaysRentals wishes to facilitate your arrival outside the scheduled office hours for the delivery of the keys to your holiday home.

We offer you the following options:

1-Direct entrance to the accommodation: A member of our team will deliver the keys directly to your accommodation. Check-in is from 16:00 to 19:00. This option has an additional cost.

2 -Entrance outside these hours, the additional cost depends on the arrival time.





- Payment of the tourist tax is mandatory: € 1 per night and per person, for a maximum of 7 nights.



- The reservation includes the service of towels, sheets and cleaning



- Groups of young people admitted



- The deposit for groups of young people under 25 years is an amount of 1000 euros.



- Pets admitted.
