Good Location
Location, Front desk and service people were great and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The room was small and decorated in dorm room furniture. The air conditioner was set at 22c which made the room very hot and uncomfortable. The guy behind the desk said he could adjust it to 19c. It only work for about an hour and kicked back to 22c. Woke up hot and sweaty both mornings.

Arrived by train to Innsbruck. Hotel is 3-4 stops by bus and then about a block walk. Very easy. Location couldn’t be better, right in the historic center. Walkable to all the river, main shopping street, restaurants, activities. Staff was helpful, polite and welcoming. The building was built in the 1300s and beautifully restored. Room and bath very comfortable and super clean.

This is a truly unique property. From the minute you walk in the history and charm greets you. Excellent location steps from the Golden Roof and Palace and walkable to everything for a great trip to Innsbruck. Rooms were clean and large. Service was excellent. Definitely would stay again and again.
