Very Good
Great for skiing (located right next to ski lifts)
Clean, functional, and easy access to ski slopes (literally, you walk out of building 4 and the ski slope is right there. The rooms are nice - no frills/luxury, but very functional and comfortable. The bed was surprisingly comfortable (almost like it had multiple pillow-tops) an unlike I usually do in hotel rooms, I slept really well. The blinds were missing on one window, which was a bit odd and meant that we woke up early because of the bright light, but other than that, everything was great.

Everything I expected and more
This is a beautiful resort sirrounded by snow top mountains. Everything was wonderful from the time we checked in until check out. Our suite was upgraded for no cost and the front desk ckerk was amazing.

Very Good
Elevator in the garage was broken. I called from the stairwell/elevator bay to the front desk to see if I could use the stairs from where I was to get to my room and was told to go down the stairs to G3 and that would connect me. After lugging the bags down the stairs, I found there is only a G2 and no way to connect so I had to drag all the luggage up the stairs, back in the car and start over. We couldn't park in the garage and access Building 2 and had to park outside. I mentioned to the front desk that the elevator was broken to inform the other guests checking in, and I got an unconcerned response. Other than that, the hotel is great for slope access and functionality

Unexpected stay
Had to stay the weekend because of car trouble. The staff was very helpful with everything. Gladly extended our stay, late checkout, to accommodate our repair schedule.
