Enjoyable but too warm!
Very pleasant & enjoyable stay. Staff very accomodating & friendly. Food very nice. Swimming pool was super and its facilities. Only negative thing is bedroom was extremely warm at night time, so warm that it affected our sleep greatly.

An absolute kip.pool and changing room were flithey..woken up at 8.30 by someone working right outside our window of room.rang down to complain and receptionist was rude.and said she will stop it but it continued..on check out the receptionist was rude and questioned us with no apologies.said she checked cctv and the work only started at 9am.questioned her what was the difference we were still woken up.safe to say we wont be returning to this dump.room was dated..poor lighting. Bathroom pokey and dirty looking god only knows how it is a four star

Disappointing old room, looked nothing like the renovated pictures. Looked like the room had been very neglected, no water in the room, but as we checked out we noticed that there were bottles of water next to all the other rooms.

Fabulous hotel
A fantastic place to stay in the town centre, rooms were really clean and comfortable and very quiet. Food excellent and breakfast amazing, the team are so friendly and helpful
