Wonderful hotel!!
Husband and I stayed one night since our condo wasn’t ready until the next day. Beautiful hotel! Gorgeous views with shopping nearby. I had to show the women who checked us in that our reservation included breakfast. After I showed her the Hotels.com reservation confirmation that said that..she did give us free breakfast. Also, the hotel has a couple cabs in call for the hotel. So call ahead and tell them you would like a cab to pick you up at the airport. Give them your flight number so they can keep an eye on the arrival and meet you. It is about a $30 charge. We were in room 405. There was a coffee maker, electric kettle and refrigerator in our room. Food and drinks were excellent at the bar and restaurant!! Service was wonderful…except for the Luke-warm reception we received from the front desk clerk when we checked in.

The property is beautiful and the staff are very nice. The food at the restaurant was good sometimes and just ok other times. I had a friend visit me for the day and they were very accommodating with keeping her car for the day. I would def stay again.

Holland House maintains its excellent standard although we found the restaurant offerings less tantalizing than before and the wine selection not as reflective of the French opportunities on the island. But Sebastien the Fans B manager was very accommodating to set up a special beach dinner for our honeymoon couple. Anthony was an outstanding server, so very pleasantly enthusiastic and Keisha was a strong contributor every morning. The beach experience was very good. In fact we came back from Orient to swim and sun. The bar area is wonderful and the bartenders attentive. Housekeeping never let us down and the security team watched out for me as a ran a night time an errand down the street. No one can beat the location, always a breeze on the main floor and this time, Julius added an extra family touch to support the welcome opening of Le Dutch, a finer wine and food shop! I recommend HH to all visiting the island. It is so convenient - easy access to boat tours and of course the shopping from Ballerina all the way to Harry at Laurent! With Joe's and Pacific Ave thrown in too!

The hotel and services were fine. Only two or three channels were available on tv with poor reception. They told us that the tv channel provider was negotiating with the hotels, but in meantime we had no tv for the entire stay ( six nights )
