I liked the fully stocked kitchen but they want you to inventory and let them know what's missing.......I didn't too many items. It was a beautiful resort but it could use some updating. It wasn't the cleanest my bathroom was full of black long hair and I wiped up a spill the tile in the kitchen was nasty. It could use a good mop. The pool area was fun and water was warm. Staff were fun and helpful. There was an insurance adjuster who walked in my porch area one morning taking pictures while I was sitting in the living room in my pajamas. The management should have given notice that this was happening as it scared the crap out of me.

Stay was great ..only problem was on friday evening we requested another blanket ..nothing...saturday requested a blanket...nothing...front desk said both days they would have someone bring us a extra blanket and never did..sunday..check out day...called and asked for more sugar...front desk said yes we will have someone bring it. we were pulling out after checkout and someone was at the door with the sugar...AFTER WE HAD PULLED OUT.. that was discouraging..but the stay itself was great and the water park was loved by our children.

This was our family vocation, my daughter's 9th birthday celebration and also our first trip to Disney World. Mark made our disney reservations and even got my daughter a last minute reservation to Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, it was magical. Hat's off to Mark. We enjoyed our stay at Fantasy World Resort.

We have always stayed at this property when travelling to Orlando. Villas in need of moderate repair (which they are currently doing as we witnessed this happening). Resort is lovely. Pool, lazy river and slides are great for a chill day! Close to Disney and about 20 mins from universal by car. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Plenty of shops/restaurants nearby :)
