Front desk was kind and service was quick. Housekeeping was EXCELLENT. They actually change the sheets, not just make up the bed lol. Overpriced but it was due to memorial day weekend. I'll definitely stay here again when the price goes back to normal

Great staff, great hotel.
I have left a bad review about this hotel in the past and the manager responded and said they hope to get another chance, I was traveling back from Cabo to Ottawa. I needed to spend the night before an early flight. I booked two rooms for my family of six to give this hotel another try and I have to say, if I could take away the negative review, I would. The Hotel is obviously very nice, renovated, comfortable and very clean but it is the staff that I had previously complained about and I wish I could take it all back. The front desk staff, especially Corliss, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable last week after there was some confusion with some special requests in the reservation done through Hotels.com. I am so appreciative of Corliss helping us out. I highly recommend this hotel, and I will be staying there at least twice a year and getting two rooms each time for my family of six. Oh, and the breakfast is great as well.

Ruined sleep, useless staff.
Staff was pretty useless. I rarely leave reviews but we booked 2 rooms in order to get a few hours sleep prior to an early flight, and the staff promised us a roll-away bed in each room. We received one, but the other one was apparently "on the way" for a couple of hours. The employee disappeared, and it ruined my wife and 2 daughter's sleep. Sleep is the only reason we booked a hotel. The next morning they said they don't know where the employee went or what happened, but when Hotels.com called the management for a refund of credit for one of the rooms we were denied any resolution. The staff seemed under qualified to deal with anything.

Comfortable newly renovated room
Our room was newly renovated and very comfortable and clean, breakfast buffet was acceptable, and gym pretty usable. Filtered water station downstairs was appreciated. The front desk staff were not very friendly, handed us the key with a grunt without saying anything not even room number (not responding when we asked), and there was no one behind us in line. Roughly the same treatment at check out. Cleaning staff were very nice.
