Probably the worst place I’ve stayed in a while. But I guess it’s what to expect with the price we paid. We could have gotten two rooms for the price we paid but instead they just added two beds to the one room. The AC did NOT work at all. Ended up sleeping on the balcony to avoid the heat.

This hotel should be avoided at all costs. The rooms feel like prison cells and it's just overall a hotel in need of a complete overhaul.

Family Break - AVOID THIS HOTEL
All Inclusive 4 night stay. Food very poor quality and always cold or at best warm. Long queues to get a table for breakfast, lunch and dinner. For the last three days we had all meals elsewhere. Furniture, and hotel very dated, unclean and in need of repair. Beds very poor quality and uncomfortable. All inclusive drinks served in plastic cups which always had previous teeth marks on the rim. If you are into extreme challenges then challenge yourself to enjoy a stay here. Otherwise AVOID this hotel at all costs.

First of all the staff were great, checking in was fine and everyone was very friendly at breakfast too. We just used this hotel for 1 night as it was the cheapest in the area for B&B at £28 and we arrived at 1am so didn’t want to pay the day rate at the hotel we are in now. The hotel is loud! Think groups of young lads, hen parties, families. If you are wanting a quiet, relaxing holiday I wouldn’t recommend it. The rooms are old, the bed is very very hard, the balcony does not have a sliding door it is a steel bar that you have to manhandle to open a small single door. Also you can hear everything, the next room coughing, the tv of someone else 5 rooms down, the cleaners turn up about 7am and you can hear them chatting up and down the corridors! Breakfast was literally like feeding the animals at the zoo. It was so busy, we walked around for 5 minutes to find a table and then when we went to choose food it was all looking very bad. I ended up with toast. They also had hotdogs for sausages for breakfast?? We are a couple who like new, quiet hotels and for an overnight stay it was fine... but no way would I of stayed there any longer. If you are going for a cheap holiday then great the price is great, but it you can afford to spend £100 more then there are plenty of hotels with better reviews.

Good overall
Not sure what all the negative reviews are for? Good hotel overall. Rooms a bit small and could do with updating but not as bad as some reviews have made out. Big bar and seating area. Pool bar with plenty of seating. Could do with a lift down to the pool rather than 2 flights of stairs outside as the only route of access as we had a pram to carry up/down every time. Would be a nightmare if disabled! Restaurant food wasn’t the best but no different to similar style hotels in other resorts. It gets busy over the weekend and there were queues up to reception at one point, personally wouldn’t of waited that long for the food they serve.

Typical run of the mill holiday hotel
Not as bad as a lot of people report however rooms are dated and small if more than two people sharing as all rooms are the same size but with extra beds in them. Staff very friendly and helpful from cleaners up to manager. Did not experience any noise issues over and above what you would expect in any holiday hotel. Pool area clean and relaxing to sit in and had life guard on duty at all times. Even though i am a smoker myself it was good they had a separate smoking and vaping area away from the pools and sun loungers which they enforced as i got told off lol. Wide variety of food however not always warm enough so my tip is use one of the various microwaves they have to heat your food up which is what i did most days when using the restaurant. I have read loads of reports of people fighting for tables however we did not experience any problems with this and when it was busy at the weekends (When all the Spanish come to stay) orderly queues did form from restaurant to reception with probably 30-40 people in it. With lifts you soon learn their is more than 1 lift available and in fact 4 available so again no issues getting up to your rooms etc etc. Whilst we didn't take advantage of the entertainment at all times what we did see was good and they did cater for the children as well.
