The Staff :D

This hotel is first class service! It’s a family atmosphere & the staff is eager to please & help. There are 4 staff members that stood out during my 6 day stay. Andy, at the front desk was so helpful! She explained all about the hotel, charges, & was so nice! Monica, the concierge supervisor, was beyond informative & helped with resort questions & activities. She’s so much fun! Armando & Juan, the Bell Staff, were wonderful! I was traveling with my 83 year old mother & she needed small taxi’s when going in to town. Those two followed our request. They’re both personable & made you feel like family! Thank you to all of the staff, however you four made our stay so comfortable! The housekeeping staff was wonderful. Plenty of towels & the room was so clean. The lady at the pool towel station is hilarious, sorry I didn’t get her name. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!
