Tv remote didnt work so we tried calling front desk. Phone didnt work. Had to go down 3 times to desk. No luck with remote so we had no tv the whole stay. No maintenance to fix it. The clock only had half the lights working so no idea what time it was showing. We had cell phone for that tho. Beds were very confy.

The hotel was okay when we got there but we was staying for multiple days. My grandson had diarea all over. I took apart the bed and brought it to the cleaners next morning and asked the front desk for turn down service and what happened. We got back and they didn't touch our room so I asked the lady at the front desk what had happened and if I could get some sheets and towels I will do my pen bed nd the lady got very rude saying it wasn't her which I know and got very defensive for no reason. She said to get a hold of the company I made the reservation through and complain. So I am.

We booked 4 nights at this hotel based on some reviews and mainly pictures. Next time, I need to remember that pictures can be very deceiving. This hotel is OLD, run down, pool was cold, hot tub handrail is broken, desperately needs new interior paint throughout, dirty, lacks toiletries selection, room service is only offered IF you’re staying 4+ nights, shower needs caulking replaced, curtains need to be replaced especially in room 211 which has a view of the back of the peak over the entrance to the hotel lobby because there are 4 (with only 2 working) spot lights that make it seem as though it’s the middle of the day, all night. The area where the hotel is located is right next to I-90 which geographical is great but it’s behind a little car dealership and the area looks extremely sketchy. This hotel is beyond overpriced. It should be illegal to charge that much per night for a place like that. Worst of all, on our 4th day, I accidentally left a very sentimental ring in our room under a toiletries bag. When we returned in the evening the ring was gone. This was the first and only day we had hotel staff in our room for cleaning. I filed a police report and was told by the manager that there was nothing they could do. She said she spoke with the housekeeper and she said she didn’t see it/take it but there’s NO WAY she would say she did. We will NEVER stay here again and wish we would’ve stayed anywhere else. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!
