Room one had a broken fridge and the TV didn't work. Room 2 had an ant infestation and the ac didn't work. We were than walking in on by housekeeper that didn't hear us yelling back that the rooms was occupied

Great value, nice find.
The price was excellent. The location is great. The hotel was better than expected - very clean, very minimal. "New-ish" some minor issues in room - light switch plate loose, bathroom door not aligned so tough to close/open. Easy to confuse with the other Developer Inn - which is right next door. The pool and building 3 are closed - not sure why - but surrounded by chain link fence - did not bother us. The room did not have a lot of plugs - so maybe pack a power strip. None near beds - but radio did have wireless charging pad on it. No desk or chair in room - just the 2 beds. They did have daily housekeeping do our room - surprising probably not really necessary. No DND hanger or other way to not have them do your room...

First room air conditioner wasnt working at all.. called and was sent to another room with out luggage.. 2nd room air worked. Smelled like cigarettes, lamp didnt work and drain in shower didnt drain efficiently.. made due since ive stayed here with no problems ever... so dealt with it and was satisfied besides the drain issue

Stayed 1 night. Location was good for getting to Disney theme parks, restaurants and shopping. When checking in, there were two women outside talking loudly. Also a police officer came in and asked the employee if she was okay, and if she needed anything to call him. Then he drove his unmarked vehicle to the back corner of the property and stayed there. The employee was not friendly. When entering the room, the 2 women were still outside yelling and cursing. The room was bland with minimal furniture and no decor. There were hairs, dead mosquitoes and boogers on the walls. No telephone. The toilet seat barely stayed on and had to be flushed with water from the ice bucket. There's no closet. The floor made our feet dirty. The shower water and temp were good and the AC was cold. On the shower there was only half a glass door, so water would get on the floor. In the middle of the night, the smoke detector went off. Around 2am, the guests next door started screaming, and then went outside the room to do the same. The bed was springy and the pillows flat. There was a safe. We did receive our $100 deposit back. Overall, the place was eerie and directly next to an abandoned motel and a steakhouse restaurant. Will not return. Do not recommend.
