Front desk was very nice upon arrival. When we went to our floor, the 5th it smelled like mold. The ceiling was leaking and it took a few days to get it cleaned up. Staff were friendly and cleaning service was good. The buffet was hit and miss. Some days we had to wait for food. Wait to get wristbands for Atlantis was at least 1/2hr long. Location was good!

Comfort suites

The hotel is decent if you just need a place to sleep, but it’s really old and in need of renovations. It feels like it hasn’t changed since the 80s. It’s a good value if you don’t mind outdated rooms. The property is huge, so it’s easy to get lost. The pool closing at 6 PM is frustrating, especially in the Bahamas. A lot of things, including the Atlantis pools, seem to close around 7 PM too. On the plus side, it’s fairly close to everything. Be careful when booking the “choice” room for two adults—it’s actually meant for one adult and two kids. I had to pay an extra $150 upon arrival since it was just me and another adult. I tried reaching out to the property about it but kept getting automated responses about Atlantis access, which was really frustrating.

Very nice place

They really try to be helpful throughout the property. I would stay here again. The property is very close to Atlantis and after you get your wristband you can go anywhere in the park.

Worth it!

The stay was overall excellent the only thing that was an issue was our WiFi extremely slow we were unable to watch any videos on our devices. When we called the front desk they said they didn’t have hi speed internet. But other then that I would recommend this place to others worth the money.

What a great opportunity to stay at a reasonably priced hotel with the luxury of spending the days at the Atlantis. Everyone was so pleasant. The breakfast was such a bonus. We also over the pool and the bar when we just wanted to lay low. Great time!

Nice Stay

The front desk staff was great as was the cleaning service. The hotel is not glamorous but is still very nice and perfect for those that are looking to spend their time at Atlantis. My only complaint was that the restaurant staff was not very friendly. Lastly, tips are already included on almost everything and I didn't realize it at first. Make sure to look at your totals.
