not the stay we had expected
It is an older property, our room had been remodeled, and was nice. However, other than being directed to where the property was instructions were vague. We were told to dial a certain number on our phone for shuttle service or other housekeeping needs. Our phone did not work, and when we told the front desk that they said, some of the phones work and some of the phones don’t. It would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room. There were two bottles of water that they wanted three dollars apiece for if you used them. Upon going to our room for the first time there was a big nasty Cha of chewing tobacco on the floor right in front of our door and we had some issues getting it cleaned up.

very disappointed.
We only had about a total of 6 hours at this hotel as I was hoping to relax before a 6am work event we were hosting so upgraded to the executive suite. We didn't check in until 11:30pm and when we did, there was leftover food in the fridge and a pile of dirty towels on the floor! The hotel is dated even though they said it was all upgraded. The bed was so springy that every time my husband moved, I would bounce around. ugh...no sleep...I called the hotel that night, but we were so tired, and it was too late to have more interruptions.

Our grandson and college were playing golf tournament for two days , we went down to watch and the second day got cancelled their flight got cancelled and we were told that we needed to leave due to hurricane Ian coming in at the end of the first day . Hotel.com wouldn’t reimburse me for our 2nd night since we were leaving and had to drive 5 1/2 hrs and pay for another room for the night . I even paid the 15.95 for Ins from hotel.com . I will never use your service again . The room had no refrigerator and the ice machine wasn’t working , me and my husband have medicine we take twice a day and couldn’t take it with cold water . The air unit was leaking water the first night and got the floor wet .
