Disappointed
I have stayed at Barcelo San Jose on other occasions and the service was much more pleasant than this one. I booked a two night stay which was fine, but for the second day no towels were provided. I call housekeeping and they said they will send them up i a moment, but they did not. I then went to the front desk to ask for them and they said they will have them sent up. It did not happen. Bottom line, I did not have towels for the second day, the dirty ones were removed that morning. Also, flat screen TV in that room is about to die.
