Beautiful Room, but Loud Neighbors
The room was absolutely stunning. We stayed in a queen boutique room and we loved it. We requested a third floor, but was put on the first floor. Our neighbors above us were loud all night long which prevented us from sleeping. Also, the pillows on the bed were like 50 year old throw pillows. We’d totally stay here again, but we’re bringing our own pillows and making sure we get a top floor.

It was very nice. Our room was a suite with a 2nd bedroom, 2 bathrooms so very spacious and unexpected. Slept well in beds. Small downside is no fridge or microwave. Lobby coffeeshop was very good.

Best Place in Town
This place is a gem. I would call it a boutique hotel. It is very clean and there is attention to detail from the rooms to the lobby. And it is quiet which makes for a restful stay. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The location is perfect, close to the hot springs and right downtown. Definitely plan on staying there again when I head to Glenwood Springs.

Nice view of Glenwood Hot Springs
Very friendly front desk that was helpful to us. The lobby was very attractive with numerous antique furnishings that we spent time admiring. We were so hoping that our room would be similarly decorated and even made a special request for a room with antiques, but were quite let down with the mismatched modern furniture and very unattractive paintings throughout the facility. A wonderful idea, but not fully realized and we are hopeful the hotel continues in their efforts. Great access to Glenwood Hot Springs within view of the hotel. Parking is off-site but within easy walking distance.
