Park Royal has alot going for it and you can see they are working on bringing it back to it's former glory. The staff from front desk, to the restaurant staff beach and Italian, the trolley drivers, etc.. all so hard working and always quick to smile and greet you. There were ones that shone brightly like the girls at front desk Shunashi, Paulina, Paula and Patricia (just loved them). All the staff at the Italian restaurant so professional but kind and quick to get you whatever needed... fantastic team. The servers at the beach restaurant like Karla, Alam (not sure on spelling) were amazing the rest were great as well. Bartender Adrian at the 7th floor pool... amazing!! Friendly, quick to serve, got it right any time we ordered and went around taking care of everyone! The drivers of the trolleys we didn't take often but they always asked and were quick to wave and greet us when driving by if we were walking. I hope that Park Royal takes a moment to recognize their staff in Huatulco! They are truly amazing and so hardworking. For that very reason we would come back for them! The room was huge and deck was massive... the only things we would love to have had were some patio furniture to enjoy the deck. And if the kitchenette had a mini fridge that would have been perfect! The food at the Italian Restaurant was wonderful... the servers and manager were exceptional!! You felt pampered every time you went! Beach restaurant was also good... huge assortment of food staff amazing!

What I did not like was the food at the buffet was cold. Also you need a golf car to take you from your room to the pool, to the beach to the front desk. Basically anywhere, they need to put that in their description. That was a bit of an inconvenience.
