We felt that the room could do with a really good clean….. the general cleanliness just wasn’t good enough. Used glasses for one day were there the next day. Hotel robe not put away after use. The pool had a stain around the waterline. Felt that the outside of the hotel could have been pressure cleaned and maintainence done during Covid. Staff in the foyer and reception ere amazing.

Westin stayed review
Stayed in Westin for 3 nights. Overall was ok but the cleanness wasn't done well, I mean the room, table did not wipe and shower gel did not refill, toilet paper and tissue did not replace. All these that I mentioned was left empty, it meant that the cleaner did not even check at all. We booked the stayed with Breakfast Buffet and we had an extra person on the first day, bill was past over to us while we still had the breakfast?? Cant you wait till we finished the breakfast? This was so rude. Lastly, when we checked in and checked out, I did ask the front desk of the parking fee, I was told that it was charge per entry but when we were our way out the last day, we were told to pay per day. Seriously, front desk did not know the condition, these were answered by 2 different front desk? Should Westin provide training before they can really serve customers?
