We were so impressed by this place - the foyer feels sumptuous and lovely so it makes a great first impression. The staff are great, friendly and helpful. I do not speak Polish and really appreciated the staff and their affluence in English. The room was spacious and had great aircon (which was great as it was very warm)! For us, the breakfast was the real selling point. The food was excellent: they had Baltic delicacy herring on the buffet, with options for continental, cooked and pastries. I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat!!

Great view but...
Room 312 was nice and big with great views of the river. The room gets very warm over night, to open the window is very noisy and the air con only works in the Summer. There was an awful smell from the bathroom sink. The receptionist was very helpful. Breakfast very patchy, sometimes food range was great other days not so.
