We highly recommend it!
We could stay there for months! The staff was fantastic and friendly, especially Giancarlo and Aldo at reception and Lucca at the restaurant. As we were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary they offered a bottle of prosecco when we arrived, which was really nice! The room was spacious and charming, with a comfortable bed, powerful AC, a large and very clean bathroom, and the view from our balcony was breathtaking. The included breakfast was amazing, with a great buffet, including mimosas, with the wonderful view of Positano and the sea, sitting in the beautiful outside area of ​​the restaurant. The hotel's location is excellent, near shops and restaurants. Photos do not do justice to the beauty of the place, it is much better in person. Very charming and beautiful, I can say that it is a 4.5 star hotel altogether and with excellent service. It was definitely the best stay of our trip, better than we imagined. We highly recommend it! We stayed here for 4 nights to end our 3 week honeymoon across Europe, and quite simply we couldn't have picked a better spot to end an unforgettable trip. The views from our suite's balcony and the common areas were breathtaking, we couldn't get enough of them. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed, large TV, powerful A/C, big bathroom and of course the lovely private balcony with amazing views of lovely Positano and the sea. The staff were fantastic and friendly, especially Tony who was our server at the pool. The included breakfast was amazing, with a great buffet assortment as well as a station for made to order omelettes, pancakes and waffles. We had lunch at the pool most days, which offered a good assortment of food like sandwiches, burgers, salads and appetizers. Tony recommended we try the fried squid, which was delicious. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, Il Tridente, one night and the food and service were excellent. We enjoyed ending each night on the terrace cocktail bar with a fancy drink while admiring the spectacular views. The location is as convenient as can be in Positano, close to many shops and restaurants. The beach was a short walk away via the steps. We enjoyed the pool so much that we only went to the beach for sightseeing. Quite simply this was the best hotel we have ever stayed at, and it was very hard to leave. We highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Positano and we look forward to returning again in the future!
