Policies

Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels from Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information.

Nice few days
First impressions count and this is where this hotel looses out only one person checking in and out guests when we arrived close to 2 pm six people checking out and three checking in if I hadn’t booked we would have walked away once we got to our room the hotel is perfect very clean nice bed needs more plugs only two but we asked for an extension and was delivered to the room breakfast not that great to be honest no English tea and scrambled eggs where cold two morning I had them lunch from the menu was good I tried the chicken and veg soup very nice and burger as you ordered was perfect a nice hotel to spend a few days

Good 6.0
Skip this neighborhood
Very friendly and helpful staff made up for what lacked in the hotel itself, such as no hot water, very low water pressure, and short sheets on bed. The neighborhood has no redeeming qualities whatsoever. I was in SP for business so it was OK, but if for tourism it is definitely the wrong part of town.

Great Hotel - Would Definitely Stay Here Again
I would definitely stay here again. The Nobile was in a great location very close to Praca Republica. It's not a brand new luxury hotel, but it was comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed. The breakfast was very good. Like many places in Brazil, it helps to know a small amount of Portuguese, but I prefer that than staying in a big chain hotel where you're spending a substantially higher amount of money. The Nobile was a great value.

Mostly positive one-week stay
I was at this hotel for several days and have had a good experience overall. They have a well equipted gym (for hotel standards) and a small covered (but open) swimming pool. The breakfast is a highlight, nice variety of continental and cooked items, plus choices of cold and hot drinks. I was there on business so needed fast internet, and, although the desk/chair was not the most comfortable to work, I was not disappointed with the wifi. Only a couple of things I did not like, such as the window in the room that does not open so yo cannot get fresh air, and the room itself could have a bit of maintenance and painting here and there, as it looked tired (big contrast from the reception area, very fresh and modern). I interacted a few times with the staff at the reception and breakfast, and they were always helpful and polite. If one day I need a hotel in this area of Sao Paulo, I would consider staying here again.
