Pool area was nice. Not a zero depth pool Good entertainment by pool We had a broken elevator the entire week we were there we were on the fourth floor had to move rooms. We were not compensated for all the inconvenience. My room had flies in it, and I had many mosquito bites. The resort seems to be an older resort in need of more upkeep.

The pool was cold. The beach is rocky and do not access direct to the ocean. There is a barrier with a swimming area in the ocean. There were no many entertaining options. The bar area at night was limited. But overall we had a great experience. We had 2 tours. The one to cenotes were excellent!

Rooms were very nice, and pools were nice. Beach wasn’t the best, rocks in the water so difficult to get in and a small beach. Went in September 2025, only one entertainment which was a show for 1 hour at night and everything closed by 10pm.
