10/10 Exceptional

This hotel is excellent. From the swift and clear correspondence before our stay about airport transfers and an early check-in onwards, the service was faultless. Aside from the incredibly nice and helpful staff, this was a new hotel so the rooms and facilities were to a high standard. The hotel itself is located in a pleasingly quiet part of Galé, 45 mins by car from Faro airport. The hotel is 10 minutes walk to the nearest sandy beach and there are several excellent restaurants nearby - Bellavita is an Italian restaurant, Os Sagados and Praia de Galé are excellent seafood restaurants. There are also a couple of supermarkets nearby, too. Uber is easy and accessible for getting around.

Enjoyable stay
Hotel stay made pleasant by some outstanding service oriented staff. Hotel new but has some quirks (no cold water on one day, noisy air con and creaking door that was fixed, forgetful housekeeping, no comp. coffee tea in room, etc). Pool very clean and inviting though not heated. Excellent food value on half board. Very good food overall though I wish they would have more lunch options as breakfast is so so with good fruits tray though. Beach nearby is quite nice and easy access. Very family friendly. Pick the right view room. Some rooms have parking lot view not so nice. We had pool view room 206 just perfect with big balcony
