Nice Hotel
The room we were staying in was very nice. It was clean, which is a plus. Some things could be updated and repaired or replaced. Ex.. the back of the stool was very loose to the point of falling off. But again not a big deal. The room was a bit pricey. And will be even more so closer to summer time. The Lake Geneva downtown area is very expensive in my opinion it caters to the rich, which I am not however. The most of shop owners I encounter were very polite and nice. I do recommend staying there if you get a chance. Oh and there are a lot of people from Illinois there just a fyi. My family and i will stay there in the future.

Unfortunate circumstance
Although this is not the fault of the hotel, our experience was absolutely ruined by an argument that broke out in the room next to us from 2-4 AM, with screaming, door slamming, running through the halls, swearing. Security eventually came, but couldn't calm the woman down with her continued screaming and swearing. Police were called. Eventually the two were separated and things calmed down. But we were up pretty much up most of the night. Aside from that, the location of our room was off the lobby (Room 202) and we heard so much talking as people came in from the lobby and kids running from the pool during pool hours. I would not recommend a room near the lobby if you want quiet. This particular situation with the loud argument could not have been predicted or controlled, but it did impact our stay negatively.
