    Another great holiday.

    Stayed in a Jr Suite at Falesia for the 4th time in 5 years. We have always enjoyed this hotel because of the level of service and the caring and friendly staff. Food was good as usual as were the dining room staff. This year we found that housekeeping have not been as good as other years. Rooms were cleaned later in the afternoon thus preventing us from having afternoon naps. Supply of toiletries have been inconsistent on most days however the suite was cleaned well. No charge for in room safe but still had to pay for the use of fridge which I think should be complimentary in the suite. Thanks for another great holiday. Will have no problem booking at Falesia in the future.

    Wonderful hotel- great value

    After hearing how crazy Albufeira can be we were a little apprehensive; however, we were pleasantly surprised to find that Hotel Falesia was located outside of Albufeira in a lovely, quiet community. The daily breakfast buffet was fabulous and the staff were always friendly, helpful and courteous. The grounds were well kept and our room was very comfortable.

    Falesia experience

    Nice hotel. Very gracious reception from Marisa. Junior suite was fabulous, lots of space. We had a car so it helped to get to the various beaches but well situated to some excellent restaurants. Riu was also very helpful with advice and directions. Outstanding breakfast buffet selection!! obviously a great hotel for the British, need to leave hotel to get a more Portuguese experience.

    Enjoyable 14 nights stay at Hotel Falesia.

    We were interested to see how the newly redecorated and refurnished rooms were so we decided to stay here for the 3rd time. Booked into a Junior Suite to compare it with our last booking. The room décor is brighter , great lighting and the layout is much better than the previous suite we stayed 2 years ago. Love the walk-in shower and the rainfall shower head. As in previous stays, the level of service which was very good have changed but for the better. The staff were warm and welcoming which made our 14 nights stay an enjoyable one. Special thank you goes to the following staff that made our stay enjoyable. Eugene (Front Desk). Armen & Claudio (Bar) Nuno, Carlos, Eduardo, Sonia, Fabio and of course Chef Angelo (Restaurant). These people went out of their way to take care of us. Keep up the good work guys.

    We have stayed several times and have always enjoyed it. Staff, facilities and food excellent. Only one negative comment. We were given a room overlooking the the goods entrance which was noisy. Loud music from Pine Cliffs resort, 11am to 11pm which was also un-wanted, but that is not the hotels fault.
