Ok for a night
The beds were extremely comfortable but the room was insanely hot and wouldn’t cool down. It was very quiet and family friendly with a pool and 2 outdoor hot tubs. Unfortunately, the indoor tub next to the pool was being serviced. It would have been nice to know at the doors to the pool area because we found out after we changed and showered to go in that it wasn’t available. Our room was on the top floor and very quiet even though the hotel seemed at capacity.

Comfortable bed, frustrating parking
The biggest frustration at this hotel is the parking situation. While there are stalls outside all the rooms, there is no designated parking so we could not park close to our room. The room door did not feel secure, locking it required a good shove and hard turn of the bolt. Immediately upon entering the room, we could smell bleach and a funky musty, unpleasant smell under it. The room only had black tea, no herbal or green tea - a non caffeinated option would’ve been nice. Would also have been nice for the room to have a menu for the attached restaurant. The pool is dimly lit and v poorly ventilated, so we decided not to use it and did the outdoor hot tub instead, Robes would be nice for walking back wet from the hot tub to the room, but the hot tubs were clean and the temperature was perfect. We liked that there were laundry baskets there for wet towels and that there was clock so we didn’t stay in too long. The bed was comfortable but the room was hot and noisy (there were constant scratching sounds in the bathroom coming from the pipes under the sink. Our room was adjacent to the restaurant so there were lots of banging and mechanical noises. The bulbs in the lamps were all stark fluorescent white toned which was unpleasant in the evening. A warm white is nicer for a hotel room in the evening. A night light or dimmable bedside lamp would be nice for in the night as the room gets so dark it’s hard to navigate in the dark.
