Very Good 8.0
Comfortable with king beds, but right next to I-95
Room 182 is at the end of the hall, the closest room to Interstate 95. The heavy traffic on I-95, particularly big trucks rumble by through the night. The room is fairly well soundproofed, but you can hear and feel the large trucks. Otherwise the room was comfortable and the king bed was appreciated. The morning breakfast closes at 9 AM on weekdays (early for us old-timers) , and don't expect any eggs or meat on the offerings.

Bed is a rock with a sheet. Breakfast options were minimal unless you wanted a waffle. Had the smell of a wet dog and things needed repair all over the facility.

Spend a little more for somewhere else.
Have stayed there before and it was acceptable. This time was put in old section of hotel. Very dated. Bathroom tiny. Pedestal sink in room. No counter space. Hot tub gone!!

Very Good 8.0
The room was nice. Had everything I needed for a very short stay. There was a towel hung on a hook behind the door in the bathroom. Not sure if it was clean or not. The breakfast was very basic. No hot eggs or sausage. If I head that way again I don't know if I will stay there or not.

Good 6.0
Cheap, but reasonable
The hotel was decent and I would stay again if I needed an inexpensive place in New Hampshire. It's not near anything interesting (fairly residential neighborhood actually), but it's convenient to the highway. The room was comfortable enough, service was fine, but the place does look a bit dated. Their fitness center opens at 8am (inconvenient if you're an early riser) and the pool looked to be under construction still when I was there. Not great soundproofing either; I could hear my neighbors, but it wasn't that bothersome. Overall it's alright. By no means a luxury experience, but it's solid for the price.
