This was my first stay at the OKKO, and it was very nice and quiet. I bit confusing figuring out what was where, and difficulty managing luggage as there are two sets of entry stairs, no ramp, and luggage/wheelchair lift was out of order. Reception is on the 8th floor (entry on 0). Rooms are on 1-7 floors. Great 24/7 lounge with free appetizers (pre-set out) and coffee/sodas. I was unaware if you could order additional food, or cocktails, until I went. Even then I did not realize you could order additional food until I saw another person do so, but it was time for me to go to sleep as per an early flight in the morning. The bartender (Oscar?) was welcoming and friendly, great conversationalist. Both reception hosts (night and morning) we’re polite and helpful. Provided a toothbrush upon request. Room was great, though I mistaking thought opening the desk would keep the light on, until I realized it did not until 2 minutes into my very dark shower LOL. Equipped with Nespresso (2reg/2decaf/no cream/sugar &no sugar), would have loved a glass bottle of water. No to go options for coffee, so get up early if you need time to enjoy in the lounge. Breakfast served at 7 am weekdays/8 am weekends. I left at 5 am so I did not get to experience. Check out is easy. Did not receive final bill yet, unsure of the cost of the wine I had. Will definitely stay again as it is a 3 minute walk to the airport tram. Be aware of the construction in the area. Issue w/taxi
