PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING THIS HOTEL!!!!!
I don't write reviews but I feel this one is necessary for future customers. We checked in room 242 and the room a/c was off. I know hotels do this so I wasn't bothered by this. We turned it on and went to the store. When we came back, close to 2 hrs later, room was still hot. I went with my husband to see if we could get another room and my teenage daughters stayed in the room. The night shift manager went to the room with us to check the a/c. He played with the buttons and the a/c didn't kick in. He said he could give us a new room but we had to make the beds. My daughters were only sitting, not laying down, on 1 of the beds. He also asked if we had used the restroom. My husband say he used it when we first got there. He got upset. I guess he planned to give the room to another customer. He gave us another room while the whole time giving us attitude. We went to get ice from the ice machine and there was no ice. It was 4 of us staying in the room and we were only given 2 towels. Next morning we went downstairs for breakfast at 7am and there was no waffle mix. The following morning we went for breakfast and there was no coffee. The bathroom in the lobby was out of order too. The only nice thing I have to say is about the morning shift employee (I didn't get her name) was very friendly. The night shift employee needs to be more empathetic and patient.

It was a clean, decent stay but breakfast was lacking. Asked for an extra pillow. Was told they don't give them out, customer service was also a bit dry. Hotel was clean in certain aspects but still looked old and run down. Overall it was decent, you get what you pay for.
