Just ok...
Room was ok. The staff in the front desk was not very friendly, not rude, though. Parking lot is located 3 blocks away, you have to pay for the day, but they give you a coupon for a discount, instead of paying $30 for the day, you pay $10

Wouldn't stay here again
The location was almost impossible to navigate if not familiar with the area. There is no parking at the hotel. I had to park 3 city blocks away in an underground garage and walk back to the hotel. The gentleman at the front desk, when I checked in, was less than helpful. I needed assistance in transportation to Capital One Arena and he told me he was not from the area, so he wasn't sure what to tell me. The room was comfortable enough, but I would not stay here again. It was less than convenient.

Needs renovation
Based on location, it is a great place to stay if you are in DC for a short trip. It is a 2star hotel so don't expect too much. There was a stale smell in the hallway and the rooms. It has old carpets. The lovely staff make up for the condition of it. Also, their breakfast is very bare. If you are considering staying here because of the compliementary breakfast you might want to look elsewhere. overall I would give it a 4/10. I've stayed in places that were newer looking for less than how much I spent at this comfort inn. So yes, I was disappointed.
