Great experience
Check in was a breeze , staff was very friendly and accommodating. Valet parking was excellent and use of hotel transportation was great. I highly recommend the hotel and will definitely stay again next visit to Whistler.

Attention to detail
Shuttle service to the village every 10 minutes was so helpful when you're running short on time. Staff was very pleasant and professional. The shuttle driver was very helpful and would go an extra step and get off the shuttle to point out directions if you need help. Room was spotless and the toiletries were nice. Nespresso machine in room offered much better coffee than regular coffee makers/ Keurig. Top choice when staying at Whistler.

We had amazing stay!! The cleaning lady is nice. The only thing is we can hear noises from the hallways. The lady also in the reception area is not accommodating.
