Overall it was a very pleasant stay. There were problems when we checked in at 5.45 pm. We were told one of our 2 deluxe rooms weren’t ready. Within a few minutes a room was available. Sadly one room was obviously smaller and inferior with very little closet space for a family with a 4 year old. Maria, the manager, went out of her way to correct the problem and found a one bedroom with separate living room for us. The following day we returned to our room after a day of skiing only to find the room had not been serviced. Again, Maria stepped in to note the time we would like the room serviced for future days. There were other minor things. The room for the family of 3 were only ever given 2 glasses in the room and it was only on the 5th day we found that child bathrobes were available on request. It wouldn’t have taken much for the staff to provide these things without needing to be requested. The staff were always extremely pleasant but they were young and would have benefited from more training. More information at check in and also referring to the Four Seasons app for information would have improved the stay significantly. It was a lovely stay but fell short of being excellent.
