We will be back
Overall an excellent experience and we will return. Breakfast service was slow each morning. Had to always ask for refills. Carlos on the Beach staff along with Marco and the lady from Argentina at the front desk were amazing.

I had two girls with me. They forced me to rent a separate room for one of the girls even though she had no intention in sleeping in the other room. They discriminate against threesomes. They refused me paying an extra fee for the second girl. So I had to pay another thousand dollars US For a second room that we never wanted or used.

We loved everything about this hotel! The location cannot be beat, the rooms are spacious and clean, the beach clubs have some of the best food on the island (a special shout out to Oceanus for their incredible dinners), the pool and beach areas are lovely and the staff is exceptional. Kudos to the management team for putting together such an amazing group of people. If you like large all inclusive hotels this is not your place but if you want an upscale boutique hotel that caters to your every need and treats you like a VIP check this one out!

Nice property in a great location on North beach in Centro Isla Mujeres. Easy access to the beach, with a really nice small pool that was also right on the beach. The beach itself has day beds, and is pretty busy. Room was okay, maybe a little dark but nice modern decor and pretty comfy. Staff, especially Lucia at breakfast was, awesome. Good food and drinks available for a cost at lunch from the Oceans Beach Club on site. I would stay again if visiting the Island.

We took a Feb escape to Mexico. In the past we had usually gone to the larger Caribbean islands but we took a chance on Isla Mujeres and loved it. Casa del Jaguar is a small hotel with a perfect location to the best part of the beach. We walked right out our back door to a beach club where we were well taken care of. The hotel is friendly, modern and well kept. We plan to go back
