Absolutely awful.
The whole stay was disappointing. The “garden room” had no view, you saw your neighbors. The shower had no hot water, you have to pay for the safe, you ask for water in an “all-inclusive” it never arrives, drinks are watered down, you can’t reserve at a restaurant on the day that you arrive and not all restaurants are open forcing you to eat in the buffet. The food was terrible at the buffet so we ate offsite despite being there for a birthday and bachelorette. Be careful booking this stay it’s not worth it. But don’t worry they’ll try to sell you their vacation club incessantly.
