Natural beauty
Great natural location very quiet, only wish they had a little restaurant on site but there was one about 10mins away at storm mountain which was nice, cabin was great, wood fireplace worked well but made cabin very hot, bed was quite soft and bathroom needs an upgrade, staff was wonderful, enough room for 2 and our little puppy.

Nice calm and quite place to stay.
Nice calm and quiet place to stay. Convenient location right in between Lake Louise and Banff. Enough room and equipment for 4 people. Second fold-away bed is not that great for adults. Would be perfect for children.

Perfect little gem!
We loved it! The cozy cabins were exactly what we were looking for. The cabins were clean and kitchen was perfectly stocked. Cabin was very spacious. You had to get used to the train, but it seemed to add to the cozy atmosphere. We would definitely go back.

We stayed here 10 years ago and decided to return for our anniversary this year. We stayed in a Deluxe One Bedroom Chalet for 2 nights like we did last time. The wood burning fireplace is always well stocked, and the Chalet is very cozy and comfortable. Things to note, the train tracks are very close, on average 4 freight trains pass by each night, and being right by a junction they are required to use their horns. The internet is all but unusable, just use your data on your cell phone. The TV in our Chalet was nearly dead, but were informed that they will be replaced soon. One last comment, after checkout an unknown rude staff member shouted across the empty parking lot that we couldn't park there, a little stunned and offended after spending close to $500, we moved our car and went for one last hike up to Silverton Falls, follow trail #2.
