Check in and out was very simple with kind and helpful staff! Didn’t have any slippers or robes though when accessing the hot tub. Overall clean room and very pleasant stay.

Hot water stopped in the middle of the stay. Asked fron-desk and their answer was "lots of people using hot water". It not only shows the lack of resources but also lack of professionalism. Room has this weird sensor detector that would turn off heating even when we were in the room. And when heating worked it was so loud. I'd rather sleep on a train track which would be less noisy than fan noise in the room.

There’s better hotels in whistler!!
When we booked our room the room details it stated there was city view and a hot tub with our room. But when we checked in at 4:00pm the lady said we had to book hot tub and pool time. Oh but the hot tub was booked so we could only get pool time for 6:00 pm. Then we are told the hot tub and pool closed at 7pm. And re opened at 11am. We stayed for 1 night and check out is at 10am. So don’t expect to enjoy ur self and relax in the hot tub after you eat dinner Couse the hot tub and pool closes at 7pm and u have to book in time but u probably won’t get to book hot tub time Couse it will be all booked.

We stayed for two nights and enjoyed the easy access to the Lodge. Our room was comfortable enough. We did find a few random hairs and bits of food in the bed, which was a little off-putting. Other than that, the room served it's purpose for our short weekend stay.

A great lodge to stay in with your family. It feels like a small apartment with all of the amenities you can ever need. Too bad sauna is closed but it’s understandable due to Covid. Staff is very friendly and timing. The lodge is within walking distance of the village and really close to (Tim Hortons) which is a major plus. Great price too!
