“Fatima was incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and attentive. Although I could have waited for housekeeping the next day—since my kids tend to make a mess with their snacks—I asked to borrow a broom and dustpan because housekeeping had already left for the day. Instead, Fatima insisted on coming to our room to clean both floors, even though she didn’t have to. We had a connecting room, and her willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference.
Not only was Fatime amazing, but the entire staff was also exceptional. Everyone was kind, helpful, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. It’s service like this that keeps guests coming back!

75th birthday trip
Our room was ready early, already decorated for my wife’s birthday. We were advised about availability of parking a short walk from the hotel, saving us about $45.

Elegant and cozy
Friendly check-in with a welcome cocktail and nice advices about nearby restaurants.
Very friendly and courteous staff. Clean rooms with a nice cachet. We had a very good stay.
The breakfast basket was nice. Nothing extraordinary, no fresh fruits which I was hoping to have :-(

Excellent stay at Hotel Bonaparte
Our room was spotless and well appointed. The beds and linens were so comfortable. The concierge was most helpful to orienting us to things to see in the old port. And we had 2 delicious meals in the restaurant. We plan to come back in May!

Sidewalk in front of the hotel was neither shovelled or sanded. it was covered in wet snow and ice. I found it extremely difficult to walk safely outsider of the place.

We had to leave our apartment for a few days on short notice and the Hotel Bonaparte was a great choice. I will recommend this hotel to anyone coming to stay in Montreal. To me it's more for adults than kids (no pool, the restaurant is more "grown up", etc.) but I prefer that vibe anyway.

Our stay exceeded expectations. Very friendly helpful service, stylish decor throughout, and an excellent restaurant. In particular, we hadn't realised there was such a good restaurant in the hotel. We enjoyed a really good dinner. Good location for the charming old centre of Montreal.
Parking seems relatively expensive at $35 however, it is very convenient being adjacent to the hotel and monitored 24 hours for security. No EV charging available yet.
