Courtyard by Marriott West Palm Beach Airport, West Palm Beach

Our hotel room was not ready and we arrived 2.5 hrs after permitted checkin. Had to wait an additional 39 minutes to check in. Not usually an issue but traveling with two children under two not fun

It is dated needs a remodel

Excellent value for the price. Really appreciated the continual coffee and tea service in the entry. Nice touch! The check-in and out was very courteous and efficient. The rooms was comfortable and reasonable clean. I did notice a smell of previous humans in some of the pillows. There really needs to be waterproof pillow protectors under the pillow cases, the protectors being washed after EVERY guest. This is so important theses days! Other than this, it was an enjoyable visit. Thank you.

This may have been the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in

I booked the room through hotels.com the wrong that I pay for it was not the wrong that I actually got so that was a bad thing it was hair in the bathroom around the toilet and it was a bag of beer cans on the patio the patio light didn't work I called the front desk and there was nothing that they could do about it O'Reilly was just a bad experience and I would never come back or recommend anyone

It was a very nice hotel especially for the price. We were very impressed. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The employees was really kind and really helpful. The room was very nasty though. When I was showering I came across a roach and the sheets was nasty also.

Entire hotel reeked of weed and smoke...and fairly certain a portion of the hotel was being used for “the world’s oldest profession.” Definitely below the standard I expect for a Marriott property.

OK so I checked in the first room smells like urine in the closet, so when we change rooms the next day the other one that I checked I was going to check into was in bad condition I didn’t want to stay in that one look like a complete downgrade and there were two beds So they give me another room this room immediately as we opened the door We get slapped in the face with mildew so they change the room again by this time I am exhausted so I went to sleep I woke up to To find out there was a plumbing issue near the sink it was so much water I guess the pipe was busted I have no idea but every time I ran the sink the water was Friday so they insist that I move rooms at 12o’clock in the morning 12 am now this last room smells like an ashtray so when I complained about it they only give me a 10% discount on another room they didn’t accommodate me at all for all of the things I had to do just to change rooms Not only that in one of the rooms I left my keyboard and when I call downstairs it has not been returned two lost and found I do apologize for how I’m explaining this but I am so frustrated I am so disgusted I only have picture 2 videos Is there a way I can email it

It was a lot going on at this property, during the day police officer outside, at night a lot of people on the parking lot, the whole building smells like marijuana.
