As expected
First, there is no airport to shuttle service ao that needs to be updated. We didnt spent much time at the hotel since we were visiting family. The service was great, the rooms were clean and okay. There were some chargers that were broken and the shower needs an upgrade as well as the towels. Overall an okay hotel with great service.

Celebrating new year eve and my daughter birthday
Overall wonderful stay from check in to check out everyone were very helpful. When we enter the room my daughter was surprised with a b'day cake. Then the waiter at Trevis for breakfast also surprised her with a cake. Overall made my daughter birthday magical. We love it and will def be back and highly recommend even the shuttle drivers were outstanding. No complaints
