Great place to stay!
Beautiful lobby. Rooms were great, clean. Lobby offered lemon water, and cookies for free. Great treat. Breakfast had a lot to choose from .... Ate at the hotel restaurant. Great meal. Awesome Staff!! Would stay there again!!!

Check in didn't go smoothly. Had to go back the next morning to rectify a few things, not a big deal. I thought there was a pull out sofa in the room. There wasn't. Breakfast was good. The night desk person wasn't friendly at all. A few of us ate a late dinner in the lobby, mostly out respect for other guests possibly sleeping in their rooms. We asked for a few plastic forks, which they clearly have, and was fairly annoyed at our request. I'm pretty sure each of the $1800 a night we were collectively spending a night covered the cost of a few plastic forks. Overall a good hotel. Night clerk needs an attitude adjustment.

The staff was mostly friendly and helpful except for the one in charge of the pool. He forgot to unlock the pool one day then the next the pool water was so hot and there were no towels. He said it would be better in 20 minutes but even 4 hrs later it was still to hot to swim. My 3 year old was super disappointed. The room service staff was great though.

2/10 Poor

Not happy with late night checking service...
We had a late night checking 'Cos of traffic. Asked for an extra set of blankets for my son. The front desk guy was extremely rude (I don't know why). I even volunteered to come down and collect the blankets in person. But this front desk person ignored all my requests. I had to sleep with no blanket 'Cos I gave mine to my son. No one should be treated like that.
