Absolutely beautiful property, very relaxing & extremely friendly staff. When we arrived at our hotel & checked in to our room, we walked out on the balcony & immediately saw two sea turtles swimming in the beach area in front of the hotel. It immediately made my wife & I smile after a long journey to our destination.

8/10 Very good

Beautiful Resort But Luxury Must Be Luxury
Let me start by saying it was a really nice stay, but I have stayed at many high end resorts and every time Auberge lets me down. Was a little disappointed with the size of the room and the definition of Ocean View. Sure if you go out on our balcony and sit on the right part you can see the ocean but hardly what was expected from this upgrade. Although the guest services were nice they were a bit rude when throwing in my face that I was upgraded to that. To be honest I would of fathered kept my garden room with a nice grass yard then the tiny balcony over the bathrooms and dealing with pool noise all day. Also the hotel was not accommodating when I asked to remove the final room night off my stay so we didn’t have to pay for an unused night after adjusting our flight for kid schedule. Sure I get what the booking rules say but when you stay at a brand like Auberge you expect them to put a little more into helping you out in situations like that. The spa was 100% a rip off. I had a great massage but the spa had no steam rooms or jacuzzi or anything. Not worth the up charge there. Lastly the food prices were outrageous. The food was good but 16 dollars for a kids lemonade in a tiny cup. Come on. Just because you know you’re customers can afford it doesn’t mean you need to gauge them for everything.

Everything from beginning to end was wonderful especially the staff! Tho only one thing that I can make a negative remark about is the attention to detail in regards to property clean up. Cups and napkins left around the hot tub, a random hair tie on the ground that I finally threw away and a used band aid on the lawn in front of HA Bar was there for hours! Scraps of paper at the bottom of trees. It wasn’t everywhere but random and surprising because they have people all over the place cleaning up! I would still stay here at any opportunity- it’s a beautiful hotel and the staff is amazing!

The details of the property were fantastic. The way the bar, lobby and dining areas are situated is great. I enjoyed the pools / spas which were tasteful and clean. The food and beverage service on the beach and pool areas was really nice. Food and drink was excellent but very expensive. My only pseudo complaint is that almost everyithing on the property costs. From boogie boards to snorkeling gear to Stand-up paddleboards a rental fee applies. While the service and equipment is nice the rental fees seem a little overdone for $1,000 plus a night hotel..

The most wonderful vacation property. We left once to explore the island and another beach, and immediately regretted leaving! You don’t need to! We dined at each restaurant more than once, and even the poolside food was above par. The pre-arrival concierge and staff was happy to accommodate our needs throughout our stay. Will definitely be returning.
