The front desk was pleasant, but sometimes hard to find the staff. The location was fabulous. It was extremely walkable. I did enjoy the rooftop bar as well.

Convenient and clean value hotel
Great stay at a reasonably priced hotel in a fantastic area.

Wouldn’t recommend!
Bar staff were rude and unorganised. Room was not as pictures with pealing paint in sealing and broken/ worn lampshades. Worse bed than a holiday in! Booked this as a 5 star hotel as was proposing to my girlfriend that evening. After seeing the room and it’s state it was lucky we only decided to stay for one night!

Fair 4.0
Very disappointing
Stayed in this hotel 9 years ago and really enjoyed it so we were looking forward to a "luxury stay". The check-in staff were helpful and friendly and allowed us to check-in a little early - unfortunately they gave us room 415. For £270 a night the room was small and the furniture dated. The room had obviously been rearranged with the bed at the opposite end of the room to the two bedside lights. The bathroom door opened outwards and left very little room to get past the bed. The carpet was very stained! No biscuits or water were supplied and the water was £2.50 a bottle from the fridge - for the price I would have expected both to be provided. The bed was rock hard and the mattress dipped towards the middle making it difficult to sleep. Breakfast was completely DIY you were even expected to make your own cup of tea with tea bags and a flask of tepid water provided. The food was adequate. The room was quiet and most of the staff were very good but it was definitely NOT a luxury stay and was very disappointing for the cost.
