Horrible sketchy nasty
Very misleading pictures. The ONLY good thing about this stay was beach front. Disgusting atmosphere , no lights of any kind for walking , front desk personal RUDE…beds and pillows somewhat ok…I will never refer this disgusting place to anyone …needs to be condemned or Lowered to $35 nightly fee, if that !!!!!

The stay was disappointing. To start with there are no carts to transport luggage. If you are on the first floor you have to go down stairs with so said luggage and no elevator on the property. The room appeared clean but it was only a surface clean. There was no sink in the kitchen area and no wall outlets in the kitchen to plug in coffee pot. Only one working power outlet and that was behind the TV but when you plugged in something the TV would turn off and your plug would just completely fall out of the outlet. No working phone, in fact the end of the phone cord had been pulled out the wall and the plastic piece still in the wall. Tried to replace it but maintenence never showed. Room never got serviced, no clean towels. When asked was told it would be the morning but still never received them. Asked again, i had to turn in what towels i had (4) to only receive (2) back. The hot tub smelled of strong bleach not chlorine, water not even as hot as bath water. Shower time was an experience with water being luke warm at best no option to even get warmer.

We got more than we expected!
We were a bit taken aback because we saw nothing in advertisement about stairs. My sister has some difficulty maneuvering stairs. There were some things broken, but maintenance fixed them cheerily and promptly. All in all we were very pleased with our stay. We had requested a two-bed room and got a two-bedroom. We were thrilled with that!
