Decent place to stay.
The location is good, it’s decently clean and the bed is comfortable. WARNING the wifi does not work! I have to work remotely while away and I was not able to, not even in the lobby. I spoke to the staff about it and they just said sorry. So if you don’t need wifi, it’s a good place to stay, but even to sit in the room in the evening and map out the next day’s trains and activities, you have to use your own data.

Convenient location
Great location with less than a min walk to the metro Nishi-Shinjuku station just below convenient store Family Mart and one stop away from the busy Shinjuku station. Yoshinoya is just next door and opened from breakfast, Mc Donalds is across the road and 10 mins walk to plenty of eateries towards Shinjuku. Bed was comfortable, however they could use a redecoration of the room and more soundproofing window. The first 2 nights I could hear the siren of ambulance and firetruck passing by. Walls, carpet and furniture are dirty and outdated. Breakfast has Japanese style serving rice and miso soup with some side dishes like salmon, dry seaweed and fermented bean, coffee/tea/juice, salad and bread. Fruits are only orange and pineapple in one bowl.

The hotel was overall quite pleasant. They offered many free amenities, including an espresso machine in the lobby! The room was very cozy, but comfortable. They provide you with fresh towels daily, which was nice. The only downside for us during this stay was the staff interaction upon check-in. We reserved the "Corner Deluxe Twin Room" which states on the website that the room fits up to 4 people. When we arrived, the front desk agent said we weren't allowed to have 4 people, only 2. So he made us reserve another room, for almost double the price that we originally paid for the first room. We were quite disappointed, as this was our first stop during our trip to Tokyo. This was unfortunate, as the hotel itself was nice.
